Address is 9115 National Blvd Los Angeles CA 90034. Super close to downtown Culver City, easy 10 fwy access, close to Santa Monica, Venice Beach... Close to the metro stop..
The apt is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom town home style. So the living room, kitchen, and half bath are down stairs with wood-like floors and tile in the kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and washer and drier.
My room has a huge walk in closet and my private bathroom is just across the hall with a tub/shower. There is also a full size washer and drier in unit. And 2 tandem parking spots covered and secure in subterranean parking lot. There is also central air and heating. All these amenities are hard to come by at this price especially in this area.
The building doesn't allow pets however other roommate has a small dog that is a registered service animal. Her dog is quiet and stays to herself mostly unless you want to play with her she is friendly. The roommate works full time Monday through Friday from like 9-6ish (she often works later). We have high speed internet that we split each month. Then we also split electricity and gas. Gas is usually pretty low and electricity isn't bad either. Water and Trash are covered by building owners.

I am looking for an LDS girl to be my new roommate! I prefer someone responsible, independent, honest, tidy, and prompt with meeting financial deadlines. The apartment building is ten minutes by car or bus, from the heart of downtown LA. This quiet 1920’s style apartment building is perfectly situated whether you need to get to work quickly or just want to spend the weekend at the beach on a whim. There is also a Metro Rail stop within a 5 minute walk if you need to get anywhere in the LA County quick without a car.
The apartment is a studio apt with a small kitchen and bathroom and has three roomy closets. There is one large living/ bed room (large enough to fit two queen–sized beds. Also, my roommate is selling her full size mattress and frame available for $50 that she can leave here, if desired). The monthly rent is $984/ mo, so you would be responsible for $492/ mo. Utilities and Wi-fi are separate costs. The building has a gated entry and the neighbors are very nice. The office team is very helpful and understanding. There is a parking garage nearby if you have a car that is $85/ mo. The apt building has a free gym and a laundry room in the basement.
