Male Private Room
Are you lazy? Then we have the apartment for you! We have a large private room available (inside a very large apartment) that is custom-made for the lazy. We’re only two blocks from the Los Angeles Temple—great for those too lazy to drive! A garbage chute also facilitates our laziness, since it means we don’t have to take out the garbage. The private in-unit washer and dryer only 5 feet from our kitchen saves us a trip to the laundry mat. For those too lazy to go anywhere, our apartment features a g enuinely remarkable giant, shady, and private outdoor deck. The deck has a smoker BBQ, weight set, worn-out couches, and a view of the Los Angeles Temple if you stand in exactly the right spot. The deck also includes a storage shed for your luggage, etc. We have a spacious kitchen that is so large that a number of the cupboards go unused. Our living room features a family-style sectional, a comfortable couch, and an ultra-comfortable chair upon which I call permanent ‘dibbs.’ Everything
