Private room/shared bathroom available for rent starting October 1st. $950 a month + utilities and security deposit. This house has a special place in my heart and has been an amazing home for the past two years!

- Amazing roommates and a great landlord! Roommates are professionals between ages 27-31
- Spacious backyard with vegetable garden, patio and fire pit. The landlord pays for a gardener
- Garage space with lots of storage + LOTS of storage in the house
- Parking galore! There is no street sweeping and a nice driveway that fits two-three cars
- Washer and dryer in the house
- The house is furnished but the bedroom will not have furniture
